Hi,

I have a requirement to display a notes field as a dropdown with some 35 sentences inside the dropdown, in which every sentence there will be a tag which denotes in that tag user can edit their information and remaining should b readonly.

For example, there is sentence like this, "User Insurance details has not been update due to  this<reasons>". Here i need to display the above entire line in dropdown, in which User can be able to edit inside the <> this tag function alone. Like this i have around 35 different scenarious to be populated.

Can anyone please help me in how to achieve this functionality.? if this cannot be done in dropdown, whether any other approaches is there to achieve this functionality.?
