Multiple Signature capture in Table Layout

Hi Team,

Pega Version 8.1

Our requirement is to get signatures of Multiple work parties using OOTB signature control involved in a case and create a pdf to generate certificate.

I followed this link however it is working only if we have single signature control. However for multiple signatures it is not generating any signature's image in pdf. 

I have shared the attachment of the pdf that we are generating without the signatures.
