Hello Team, recently i installed pega personal edition software 8.5.1, when i start server, i click log-in icon, i won't opened.

Nice day, Squad! I recently installed Pega personal edition Programme 8.5.1; when I start the server, after 15 minutes, I press the log-in button, but nothing happens; the log-in page keeps rotating; after nearly 2 hours, nothing happens; please advise.
