Issue with display of Locks information

Hello,

I am using 8.5.1 PRPC personal edition. I am seeing an error screen when trying to access My Locks/ All Locks under Configure -> Case Management -> Tools -> Work Admin

Locks Display Screen Error

Can anyonce advise on possible fix or the issue observed.

Hi,

Pretty sure that mentioned activity has nothing to do with your issue. I am using Pega 8.5.1, same activity and able to access My Locks/All Locks".

The issue might be something else. Please check the logs and see if you can find any more info on that.
