Sudden change in UI portal as Un-Usual format in v6.3

HI Guys,

Could someone please help how to resolve this issue in Pega v 6.3 SP1.

as we are running application in the production environments and it is running fine since yesterday and suddenly changed the user portal in distorted format. if anyone faced this type of issue before, kindly confirm the resolution steps. I have attached the logs for more information

HI,

 

we have tried all the possible scenarios like restart the application, restart with clear cache and restart the DB server. but no luck.

 

could you please someone suggest if you faced this type of issue before?
