Decisioning partition errors
Client is using decisioning, and when they open the menu
Decisioning > Infrastructure > Servers > Stream
They are seeing what looks like an error, with "Under Replicated"=26 and "Offline"=13
Can anyone point me to an explaination about what this means and how to fix it? I will attach a screen shot of the page.

But how should we troubleshoot the issue? Any pointers that I can pass to the client to use?

Is your stream nodes cluster healthy? I mean are they up and running without any issues?
If you are having multiple stream nodes as part of stream service, then there will be one leader node and other nodes will become followers. The replication will happen from leader node partitions to follower nodes partitions.
I doubt that the replication might not be happening properly maybe because of the unhealthy nodes (could be follower nodes)

Actually, I am going to switch this to an INC so that GCS can help the client troubleshoot.
