Can we keep My Work List on the worklist?

Hello, I'm Anabella. I wanna ask if I want to keep my work list job on the worklist menu is that possible?

For example, I have some case on my work list, P-1234, P-1123, P-1344. Let's say of this three cases has been completed, but I want it to remain on my work list. What is currently running in PEGA 7.2, if it is resolved, the case will disappear. Then, to monitor the progress of the case we must open the case directly. Is there any suggestion that fits my needs?

Hello Anabella, 

I don't think you can do this with Out-Of-The-Box rules. 

The worklist will be only showing open assignment for still open cases. I guess you could try to create a new Report Definition pointing to assignment and case tables to present both within the same list but I wouldn't recommend it. 

It my be just easiest to another another list under your worklist showing your just resolved cases.
