PEGA 8.4.1
I have installed
PEGA 8.4.1 DB with SQLSeverWeb 2016.I am able to create prweb.war and PEGA.RULE.TABLES&PEGA.DATA.TABLES.Also,I have configured the tomcat 9 (context.xml).while starting the server I am getting below errors.
Problem during method invocation (contextInitialized) java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: Could not load library. Reasons: [no jansi in java.library.path, The system cannot find the path specified].

I have resolved the issues ,but I 'm facing couple of issues .
Error:1
ERROR - [pyBIBatchIndexProcessor] Preparing retry 29. Next attempt in 2m on data flow [pyBIBatchIndexProcessor] on stage [InputStage] with affected partitions: [16, 17, 18, 19] java.util.concurrent.CompletionException: com.pega.fnx.stream.spi.StreamServiceException: Invalid configuration. Undefined stream provider end point.
Error2:
(.AtLeastOnceResilienceStrategy) ERROR - A severe exception occurred... stopping data flow run [pySendEmail] on thread [DataFlow-Service-PickingupRun-pySendEmail:99, Access group: [PRPC:AsyncProcessor], Partitions=[0,1,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9]]
java.lang.RuntimeException: com.pega.pegarules.pub.database.DatabaseException: Database-General Problem in executing BatchData-Decision-DDF-Run-Partition 1205 40001 Transaction (Process ID 55) was deadlocked on lock resources with another process and has been chosen as the deadlock victim. Rerun the transaction.

After reset the password ,system doesn't allow me to login with new passsword since my old kafkadata and kafka Proprietary information hidden folder was present .So,I have deleted and restart my server and it allows me to reset the password and able to do login.I have seen other article saying that we need to delete Kafka related table too.I'm quite new for PEGA ,would be helpful which table need to be cleanup .Also I'm not able to create any user in the platform ,attached scren shot
