vertical scroll bar not able to click and drag scroll bar for a text area
The vertical scroll bar for the text area in a UI section would not scroll when clicking on the scroll bar and dragging it. It only works when the scroll wheel is used or the arrow at the top and bottom of the scroll bar is clicked.Has anyone seen this issue and what was your remedy?

Hi ShanF052,
The same issue is occurring for other text area controls as well? If no, please remove the textarea control from the section, revalidate the section rule then place the text area control again in the same section then test the issue.
