To implement functional test using automated scenario testing by providing dynamic values and validations

@NAQUS  @alexl I have a dropdown with values A and B.On selection of A Yes value is autopopulated and on selection of B No is autopopulated.On click of submit two separate flows work.How do i test this functionality using automated scenario testing please suggest.The drop down values A and B will be dynamic and can change with each new case
