There's no official documented method of building a Pega Robotics solution other than to do so manually via the menu. There are threads on the community where some people have had success with running the build from the command line (it is really all present in the logs), however this isn't officially encouraged (or at least documented in a way Pega can provide assistance with). This would be a great feature request though.
