Application-Level Test Coverage not Completing

Hi,

 

I triggered a test coverage for my application and it does not seem to end at all. What could be the possible reasons for this and what could be the solution for this?

What are the actions you have performed to complete the coverage? screen shots would help.

high level actions are

1) start the coverage by clicking the start coverage button

2) Run automation, manual testing ect..

3) stop the coverage by clicking the stop coverage button
