Personal Edition 8.4 - Cant open rules
Hello team, got the PE8.4. Able to login with Adminstator user, however not able to open any rules. Getting a blank screen on the right frame. No errors in the log apart from the below:

Hello Marc,
No good luck. I have tried clearing the temp folder contents followed by restart. Still getting blank screen.
I am not able to create a new admin user too due to this blank screen in the right frame.

@MarcLasserre_GCS Any root cause for this? We are seeing this error in version 8.4.4. This is causing slow load time for rule forms on occasion for developers.

Hello Marc & team, tried playing around switching applications, and creating rules / workobjects.
Finally, after a successful WO created and shown in the right frame,now able to open all type of rules.
Can you pls let know on the root cause if known ??

Did you restart the Personal edition and then it started working again?

@DharanitharanR5430 - We are in Pega 8.4.1 and are getting this error on our logs when our portal freezes.... are there any actual solutions outthere - have you heard from someone after this post? I tried searching for these rules in Pega and they don't seem to exist... which makes me think this is an actual Pega Bug?

@Sathish Kumar Hello Sathish . I am facing a similar problem but I am just not able to open any NEW rule forms or new rule forms using 'Save As' from anything existing. I am able to open all rule forms of existing rules. But not any new rule form. I tried clearing the temp directory and restarted the app JVM/server, still no luck. Any tricks or solutions for me to try and check ? Pls and thanks.
