Hi,

  If I understood correct you have a report definition in work class and you want that to be displayed in Report browser. For that you can select Display in report browser check box in Report Viewer tab in Report Definition and select the category from dropdown next to Display in report browser checkbox.

Please follow the below steps to make a Report available in Report Browser.

1. If you want to show Report in any available standard Categories, then follow the suggestion given by Shyju.

2. If you want to show Report in other than these standard categories, then follow the below steps

• Create a Category rule, and select Owner type from the drop down list.
  • If you want to share with all then select Standard
  • If you want to share with Operators having specific Access Group then select Shared
  • If you want to share with Personal then select Personal options
• Create a Shortcut rule, and select Owner type from the drop down list.
  • If you want to share with all then select Standard and Select Category from available standard categories
  • If you want to share with Operators having specific Access Group then select Shared and Select Owner and Category Name from drop down list
  • If you want to share with Personal then select Personal, and Select Owner and Category Name from drop down list
• Use existing Report Definition in Shortcut rule as shown in the document attached
