Hello Team ,

we are getting an issue while using  "save as"of operator ID. See attached screenshot.

 

also while trying to create new operator ID , getting following error.

Save failed: You are not authorized to create, modify, or lock instance DATA-PREFERENCE-OPERATOR

PS. logged in with SSO id , previously was able to create new operators.

Hi,

 

Does the operator logged in thru SSO have a sufficient administrator access role? 

You should have at least below ARO and also UpdatePreferences privilege on your logged-in user's access group.

Also, the screenshot showed deferred save of History-Data-Admin-Operator-ID instance has failed while creating one instance - Please check if this is a symptom of access issue. After taking care of access roles, if you still see the deferred save error on history, please post the PegaRULES log, it should have the reason why save failed.
