Login Issues -hackathon instance #PegaHackathon2020
Hello Team ,
We are not able to login to the instance we had requested for Hackathon.
Error: The information you entered was not recognized.
Non –sso users are getting above error
However am able to login with SSO user.
Please let us know how to resolve the issue ASAP.

Hi - any sso user (set up for External authentication) can use the standard link that includes the "/sso" resource path. Non-sso users can log into the same system by modifying the url to drop the "/sso" from it, so it ends with "/prweb". That will show a login screen that non-sso users can use.

Yes inspite of using prweb , the error that they are getting is on the login screen ---The information you entered was not recognized.

I just verified that I was able to login with a non-sso user to a hackathon instance. For non-sso access make sure you are using a https://xxxxxxxx.pegace.net/prweb url and NOT a https://xxxxxxxx.pegace.net/prweb/sso url and double check that any non-sso operators are valid and enabled with a known password.
