Facing issue while referring a property in Activity
Getting the following error when tried to refer property (01-63-18 RS) into activity (01-63-03 RS).
This error message is getting displayed when I tried to save the activity but iam able to check in the activity successfully into 01-63-18 RS
"Property exists but may not be used by this rule due to the rulesets validation mode and / or your current application context"
Why did pega not allowed me to save when I refered property from higher vesion into lower version activity?

Pega checks for property in lower versions of the current ruleset when referring to an activity. This is the reason you are not able to save.

Hello,
If you have to change the Activity, you should SaveAs into new ruleset I guess. Your ruleset 03 ins't already locked?

Hi,
If you don't want to unlock the ruleset 01-63-18 save-as your activity to this ruleset while you test your changes, the other option can be to save-as your property and activity to a Branch. Your activity rule will save here for the Property reference in question.
Once you confirm your changes and the tests, you can merge the branch to the targeted ruleset 01-63-18. Thanks!
