Integration between Pega Sales Automation and Marketing applications
If i want to share data and service cases across the Pega Sales Automation and Pega Marketing applications, what procedures should I undergo?
My company hasn't created the Customer Service application and put it into service yet, does that mean the Pega Customer Relationship Management features will not be supported?
Is configuration on Pega Customer Service application a must for the data transfer between Pega Sales Automation and Marketing applications?
