Pega Survey need separate license to use in Pega 8.2.1

Hello All,

We are currently using PEGA 8.2.1. Do we need to buy separate license to implement Pega survey?Because, I'm able to ultilize Pega survey in Survey landing page. So, I got confused the statement which given in below link. Can you please clarify? Thanks

As per this release note, Pega Survey is delivered as a part of Platform starting from 7.3 versions and doesn't need separate installation, however client still requires a license to implement it and get the support from Pega as highlighted here.
