Pega 8.4 PE Installation Error

Hi 

While installing Pega 8.4 PE in my laptop , facing an error and process is getting stopped after approx 20 mins from start. Tried twice but same issue is happening . Can someone with similar issue please help me here. I have attached a txt file with error details for reference.

Hi 

This issue resolved after freshly installing PE 8.4.0 where system prompted me to opt for firewall settings . Nothing much i have to do for this.
