SQL Server Connection Error - 8.4 installation

Tying to install 8.4 on Windows Server with Tomcat and Sql Server DB but getting error. Currently we connect to DB server through an AD group which a user should be member of.

I am trying to login with my own id that is mapped in AD group. In JDBC url if I mention integratedSecurity=true it fails and if I remove it, then also it fails. Both errors are in the attached pics.

On the other hand occasionally it says found schema 'data and rules' but when clicking 'Next' again same errors. Though this has only happened twice. Can someone please advise on this.
