Can any one describe how to use these component to consume Pega Api?

what rest client/json util are you referring to? The most commonly used rest client (open source) is postman. SoapUI offers that as well (despite the name). It should take more than 5 mins so that you can consume PegaAPI (disable TLS for your own internal testing).
