None of the window applications are launching
Hi,
When i click on start interrogate after setting the path of notepad.exe is not opening. instead i have been getting "unable to start process notepad.exe" error. what can be the issue?
(Look into the attached file for the error dialog box)

Hi GOPI,
It seems you are using windows 10, what's the patch version number?
patch number 1903 needs pega robotic automation studio 19.1.12 above(Pega Native Foundation Proprietary information hidden3),
patch number 1809 needs studio 8 sp1 2017 above.
Would you please check whether the versions match ?

Thanks for responding. Currently i am using windows 10 version 1903. Though it is not supporting with window applications, Firefox browser(web app) is supporting. Other than firefox, IE and chrome is not working. If pega Robot Studio 8 sp1 is not supports in windows 10 version 1903, why does the firefox browser is supporting?
Could you help me to find the issue.
Note - It supports Firefox. but not IE and Chrome.

I don't know why firebox works well, but I think it's always recommended to use a compatible version.
