REST Service URL in Multitenant environment

We have multitenant environment. When we are trying to hit one of the REST service to perticular tenant, getting error. We are able to hit the service to shared layer but not able to hit the service to tenant layer. Any one has any idea how to hit the service in tenant layer.

Are you using tenant specific URL to hit the service in tenant layer? You can retrieve this from the service package instance when logged into the tenant.
