Pega 8 Marketing exercise system is not working

exercise system on the Marketing Consultant course does not work the second week. Please help solve this problem.

Every exercise in the Pega Marketing Consultant course is independent of each other. You can take them in any order and at any time. So, you can request a new exercise system when are you are ready to do an exercise. When you do not use the system for a few hours, we'll shut it down for you.

When you accessed the course last week, did you log-in from a different location? (home or work, etc.?) Can you try opening the course from an incognito browser window and see if the issue persists.
Also, can you let me know which exercise do you want to attempt next?
Last week I did not log-in from different places, in addition, my colleague also has this problem with unavailable exercize system.
Entering through incognito browser mode also did not help - exercize system is unavailable. I tried changing browsers, from Internet Explorer it also does not work. I want to complete assignments from the course Pega Marketing Consultant: in this course all assignments need cloud-based exercise system and all of them unavailable now. I can only read the course on the subject of theory and can not work out the practice.
