Convert any Files to binary format
How to dynamically convert any files (.xlsx, .xls, .pdf) to binary format and how to store in clipboard to download ?
I need step by step process because i am beginner to pega.

Can you be more specific in your requirement, there are OOTB activities for specific purpose like:
CreatePDFExportData: To convert List/Summary view to PDF.
MSOGenerateExcelFIle: To generate excel file and download from excel template file.
These use engine apis to convert html by generating byte array from HTML markup.
But if you like to have byte array from a file on server,use getBytes engine api method from file input stream.

pega has feature to import file and download as well.Typically it would be done by manual in Binary File Rule.
Let me explain my scenario :
I have local path of pdf file.By the activity, i want to do the process of like what upload file button will do.
I want to get pdf file as binary format in activity itself.Then i will call Rule-File-Binary.downloadFile to download that pdf.
Is any possibilities to do like as Binary File process in activity ?

The concept of binary file is for static files, like images, templates and they are generally stored in /webwb folder of server.
If you requirement is just to upload and download from enduser UI, perform the steps below:
-Place FilePath control in the section where you want to upload file.This set file path to a property
-Create an activity with java step to convert the captured filepath to fileInputStream and further to byteArray. The stream can either be written to certain location on server or can be encoded and stored in DB.
-Refer to @baseclasss.DownloadFile for downloading file from server.
