Steps to consume WSDLs not hosted on any online server

Dear All,

We recently came upon a requirement to consume WSDLs not hosted on any online server. Thought about sharing this with the community as we have seen many project teams having this requirement.

Thanks Soumya!! I struggled for 3 weeks with this requirement and then thought about documenting it as it becomes easy if we know the steps.
