PEGA Knowledge Management---how to control different access from different applications
Hi:
Using Pega KM, how can we control different access from different applications? For example, the PM site has 100 articles, 80 of them should be accessed by application A, and 100 of them should be accessed by both application A and B, how can we achieve this?

Use two access roles one for each application. And add them to the categories you want to display in the application, give the users of that application the access roles accordingly and the search will allow you to search only the articles for that access roles
