when user uploading the document getting com.pega.pegarules.pub.PRRuntimeError
when user try to upload a document using pyMuliselect with retriction on single record screen got struct in logs shown com.pega.pegarules.pub.PRRuntimeError

com.pega.pegarules.pub.PRRuntimeError is a very generic error. There will be a "Caused by:" which can give more idea. I think it is better if you provide us with the complete stack trace.

Could you attach complete stacktrace from the log as PRRuntimeError is a very generic error.
Also do you see any error on the console of the developer tool when the screen is struck?
Please attach the screen-shot of the configuration as well.
