Implementing you authentication schema

I'm on implementation of Pega Marketing following the instructions in the "Pega Marketing Implementation Guide 8.2".

Now I'm trying to implement your authentication schemasection.

Maybe in this section,I need to choose one from 5 kinds of autenticaton type.(PRBasic,PrSecureBasic,PRCustom,PRExtAssign,J2EEContext)

I don't know This setting is neccesary and what is diffrent among authenticaton types??

Finally,I want you to tell me that how I can decide these ausentication types and configure these authenticationtypes??

Hi,

Based upon the authentication type that you have configured your application login screen will be differed.

If you set it as PRBasic then it would normal like, you need to give operator and password to login to the application.

I think by default the authentication would be basic and if needed you can modify.
