Open an harness in Portal from another application


Requirements:
- From the Portal, click a link to launch a new harness inside the dynamic container area where the harness is from another application that requires a different access group.

Question:
- What "action" should be used to call RedirectAndRun so that the harness is opened as a "document" in the dynamic container area using the specified access group, as opposed to a pop up?
