Use of defining flow action in the operations tab for the layout properties

In the layout , I have added the property of list type. What is the use of defining flow action in the layout property panel under operations tab. For Your reference I have attached the screenshot.

By clicking the row in the repeating grid, the section configured in the flow action will be displayed. For this purpose only we are giving the flow action.Correct me if I am wrong

Yes, when you want to display the details that are related to that particular row that you have selected you can use this option.The section that is configured in the flow action will be displayed.
