This validation exercise stopped me in my tracks months ago. The screenshots show #5 in the instructions and the impossible target button beside the "set entry validation" box (which I pressed 100 times just to make sure). The shot shows the mouse hovering over the target button and the words "open service level agreement", but the button should open the Create Validate form (which it doesn't). In fact, the button doesn't even open an SLA. The two target buttons don't do anything. I guess I just need access to a new cloud environment so I can start the exercises from scratch.
