Issues With Cloud based exercise system - CSA 8.1

Hello,

Me and a list of team members that are taking the CSA 8 course are having issues accessing the online cloud based exercise system. We noticed that this happened only to users that had previously used the exercise system, because there are two new team members that just opened it for the first time and they did't have the issue.

We thought this was a problem with cache and already cleaned it and tried different browsers, and now we get invalid credentials error.

We are using the credentials listed on the exercise system.

There do seem to be technical issues with this exercise environment. We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience. 

I will post back to this thread as soon as the issue is resolved.
