Smart Dispute: Ability to Send Supporting Docs up to 8 Calendar Days After CB
Per the Mastercard rules manual, we should be able to send a supporting document up to 8 calendar days of submitting the chargeback. Pega Smart Dispute should be able to provide that ability.

Although Supporting Documents can be entered into MasterCom at any time before the next
cycle is processed, Supporting Documents must be entered into the MasterCom system within
eight calendar days of generating a chargeback or second presentment requiring Supporting
Documents to avoid liability for the disputed transaction solely for failing to provide
Supporting Documents (codes 2002 or 4901).

Hi Terri,
We have the functionality of handling any 'inbound' documents until 8 days from receiving an update.
However we have not given users the option to submit the CB and then attach documents within 8 days. They have to attach documents to submit CB or else they would be sitting on Awaiting Documents assignment.
