500 Response code when create case
Hello
I create a case using the API. When executing the request, everything works well, the case is created, filled with data and appears in the worklist, but I get RESPONSE CODE - 500.
What is the reason for this?

I found that the problem was that the parameter passed to pyStartCase was not declared. thanks for the help

Do you see any error or exception in PegaRULEs log for 500 response code?
Also, you can collect the tracer log and It will tell you more related information about the error.
