Problems with Pega Robot Manager when accessing robots via Remote Desktop protocol
Hello,
We are currently using Pega Robot Manager v 6.0, and many windows clients where we installed Robotics Runtime versione 8.0.2037, based on both Windows 7 SP1 pro, and Win 10 operating systems. When trying to start , or scheduling, a robot from Robot Manager we rarely succeed in authenticating on the remote machine; this is especially true for Win 7 boxes, where very often Robot Manager seems confused when trying to make sense of the different logon screens that Windows presents, depending on the users logging status (switch current user, existing user curren session active, box locked, and so on); my understanding is that there should be some way of intervening on the set of instructions that are carried in SchedulerDefinitions.xml file, but I wonder how this could ever be accomplished.
Is there any useful manual or guide that can help undertstand the magics of SchedulerDefinitions.xml , and logon interpretation practices ?
Thank you in advance
Kind Regards
