Unable to complete the hands on exercise

I am trying to complete the different exercises for the course but it seems that none of the user ids provided in the corresponding exercise is not available in the pega pvs. I have downloaded the pvs of this course and have logged in using "[email protected]" and can only see the below operators available in the system(see the attachment).

Have I downloaded a wrong pvs file?
