Email Configuration with Outlook

Hi Team,

When i am trying to configure email account for outlook 365 we are getting below error message

Query:

1) When we will get Obtain Transport Object as fail

Hi Viswa,

Please share below information:

1. Debug logs which you will see when you try to do test connectivity.

2. PEGA version.

PS: If there is two way authentication enabled for you outlook account, you may see failures.

Hi All,

Thanks for you are quick response.

Issue has been resolved, The issue is with the password which we are providing is expired. Configuration successful After resetting password.
