No batch processing of XML BIX extractors
We are using XML BIX extractors on Pega 7.4 and each run requires a complete initialization of Pega engine. Thus it takes too much time and too many resources. We know that usage of extract rules by pzInsKey allows passing them as comma-separated list and thus avoiding re-initialization.
Is there any way to combine them in one batch and to avoid multiple initialization in case of XML extractors? Is there anything similar to extract rules list?

When you talk about using pzInsKey and XML, I think you're talking about the parameters -i vs -I, is that correct? (either referencing an extract rule in the application or referencing the XML of an extract rule on the file system)
If so, does a comma separated list not work when using XML?
