LiveUI button will not toggle off once it is active
I'm running 8.1.3 and logged in with SysAdmin rights to a Developer portal.
When I launch another portal I see the "LiveUI" floating button at the bottom. I can toggle this "on" and use it to find info on the UI. However, I cannot select the button again to toggle "off". I've seen this behavior only in one of our custom portals that was upgraded from 7.3. I am not seeing it happen in the OOTB Work and Case Manger portals. Any ideas what could be causing this to happen?

This had been happening for a couple of weeks before today. Oddly enough though, it is no longer happening. I have closed out of Chrome completely and restarted and my tests show the LiveUI button is reacting correctly when I try to disable it. Fairly weird but since it's working again I'm just going to let it go.

I don't see this behavior on Pega 8.1.3 system either. If you don't see this issue in OOTB work and case manager portals, then something is related to the custom portals. Can you launch "Developer Tools" (ie. F12) and see if there is any error when you toggle "on" and "off" the LiveUI button?
