Are you speaking in terms of the live UI inspector?

If so, what is your issue with it or where you need help?

I have a  requirement to have a toggle button, Like On and Off. If on, then Show Active users or if Off, then show Detective Users.

I would suggest adding existing css class for checkbox control in order to show it as toggle switch as below:
