I want to directly open a winscp session by passing my username,password and server name without performing any interrogation to run my script commands.

It is not possible to login without interrogating username/password as these values are mandatory to login WinSCP.
You may try and achieve this by using the Windows Adapter in Studio Project and perform interrogation of your WinSCP windows tool/UI.
