Openspan Monitor All

Request for help for resolving this issue.

Issue is:

We need to have 1 Monitor All Web adapter handling 2 applications , both using IE process. The automation is able to monitor/recognize/identify the applications, but it fails randomly. When there is a failure, if we close all IE browsers and re-open the applications, everything goes well.. One application will be opened up from a link in the other application.
