CPDC 7.4 Practice Exam

HI Team

I am not able to register CPDC 7.4 practice exam. I have done all possible cache clear , browser clear and even the system too but this error seems to be coming every time i try enrolling to course. I have tried both the browser chrome and IE 11. ALso send a mail to selfstudy group, but still my problem is not resolved. Pls look into it.
