Pega 7.4 Practice Exam

I am not able to access the free pega practice exam. It gives me a message saying that I am not authorized to access this. I do not know why is that. I am able to access the course content for CSA 7.3, 7.4, and completed it within the Pega academy, but not able to access the free practice exam. Can anyone shed some light why is that?

I appreciate the response.
