Close Button of SmartInfo Window barely clickable
Hello,
I have an issue with the close button of the SmartInfo functionality.
The close button works fine but it appears to only be clickable in the area highlighted in blue on the attached screenshot. Only in that area my cursor changes from "arrow" to "pointing finger" and only there a mouse click takes any effect.
Since this functionalitys is OOTB and i can not find sections to specialize into my own ruleset and potentially fix the issue myself I have to use the "Auto-dismiss on hover away" function which is not completely fulfilling my requirements.
This problem occurs on Pega 7.2.2. I did not check the described behavior on other platform versions.

Hello,
by "OOTB functionality" I mean the Action "Show SmartInfo" which is configured in an Action Set.
For a better understanding take a look at the two screenshots attached.

Hi Tobias,
The issue you are reporting is an expected behaviour. Only when you move the cursor on the icon will the mouse indicator change. You could try using launching a local action->Overlay, and see if it fits your requirement. With an Overlay you have the "Ok, Cancel" button.

Hi Evita,
the behavior you describe only works on a very tiny area of the X-Icon. The user has to search carefully for that area of just a few pixels so customers will most likely click the icon and wonder why nothing happens.
