Updating Integrations from 5.5 to 7.2

Team,

I cannot remember, but when upgrading a Platform Application from 5.5 to 7.2 do the Integration Rules need to be re-created? I know that the XML Standards have changed, and needed to verify. Any help is appreciated.

Hi Marvin,

As per I know, While upgrading to 7x from 5 or 6x , We need not to create integration rules once again, However you will have to update the mandate field/properties according to the newly upgraded PRPC version. Say for an example from 7x onwards Authentication Profile and few other properties made as mandatory.

During the upgrade process PRPC upgrade tool will drop the 5x or 6x tables and will create the table of 7x 8x and then the entries specific to integration rules inserted.
