We have several robots accessing external websites. Each website has one robot and one work group. Those external websites sometimes have issues, or go down entirely. When this happens, the robots will continue to process work, all of which fails. We know how to implement monitoring (by querying the database using a monitoring tool we already own), but I would like for the work groups to move to the Stopped status in certain scenarios, for example, when there are five sequential failures. The work group will then remain stopped until an admin checks out the situation and restarts the work group.

We are using Pega 7.2. I don't know what version of Robot Manager that is. What kind of capability is there to implement this kind of behavior? Can anyone suggest where I should be looking? And is there something in later versions that does this? Upgrade will happen (eventually--the corporate wheels turn slowly).
