Unable to access Service Rest because of proxy

Hi All,

My application instance is hosted on cloud which has some proxy settings.

I have created a Service Rest, which we need to call in other product like Google DialogFlow(GDF).

Since the instance has proxy, my GDF is unable to hit it and we get timeout error.

What should be done in order to overcome this issue ?

Can you access the Pega Service REST from a browser? or a simple REST client like Postman. If yes, this seems to be client side issue (GDF), can you provide details how to call pega rest service?
